Ms. Ngwenya is responsible for the design and implementation of systems for monitoring and evaluation of Oxfam programs, especially in large scale humanitarian responses. In the last two years, she supported large scale humanitarian responses following natural disasters in the Philippines and the Nepal earthquake. She also supported protracted relief efforts in the drought prone areas of Zimbabwe. She is also responsible for ensuring program quality in Oxfam interventions, with a specific mandate for impact at scale.
She was previously involved in monitoring and evaluation for Catholic Relief Services in Zimbabwe and her responsibilities included designing and implementing systems for monitoring and evaluation, collecting and analysing monitoring data and feeding that back to programme managers and decision makers within the organization.
