Mr Milimo is an advisor for Poverty Reduction and Sustainable Development Goals. He is responsible for various poverty reduction programmes including the sustainable resettlement of former refugees, transforming the tourism sector for sustainable development, innovation for inclusive growth programmes focusing on small-medium enterprise, transformation of the mining sector for job creation and poverty reduction and the capacity development of mineral institutions working in African Caribbean Countries. His portfolio also involves undertaking sector analysis, strategy formulation and programming of national and regional projects (including joint programmes).
Prior to his current post, he was a PEPFAR Senior Program Specialist. He developed and managed PEPFAR projects, provided technical support and guidance to implementing agencies and he took a leading role in the Country Operational Plan (COP) development and submission.
