Mr Muganga is involved with the development of Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects. As secretary to the PPP Node for the Authority, he is responsible for the feasibility, coordination, planning, negotiation, implementation, oversight and evaluation of all PPP Projects of the Authority. He also evaluates and engages the required technical assistance towards PPP support.
Furthermore he is responsible for Strategic Plan Development and Implementation having oversight for the development and implementation of KPA’s key planning documents. He coordinates and implements KPA’s Performance Contract, Business Plan and Corporate Work Plans as well as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting for all Projects and Programmes of the Authority. Previously he was the Senior Economic Policy Analyst in the Department of Economic Affairs at The National Treasury - Government of Kenya. He was responsible for Financial Sector Regulation and Development – secondary Regulation and Supervision of Kenya’s financial services sector.
