Ms. Wilhelm is responsible for the coordination of the UN (various agencies) support to Government in achieving its national development priorities through what is called the United Nations Partnership Framework (UNPAF).This entails analyses of political, social and economic trends and provision of inputs into the preparation of the UN country programming products such as the Common Country Assessment (CCA) and United Nations Partnership Framework (UNPAFs). The key result of her task is to ensure increased impact of the UN System in Namibia in supporting Government to achieve its national development plans. This is achieved by ensuring that the UN System works together, to provide a well-coordinated, focused and coherent response to the country’s priority problems.
She previously worked at National Assembly, Parliament of Namibia, as a Chief Policy Analyst/Researcher.
