Constitution@25: ill-being to well-being, fragmentation to cohesion?
A webinar to mark the 25th anniversary of the Constitution
Well-being and social cohesion are two concepts that animate the Constitution, whose Preamble talks of “healing the divisions of the past”, “freeing the potential of each person” and “building a society based on democratic values, fundamental human rights and social justice”. And yet 25 years later, we seem further from these objectives than ever. In this webinar, we will look at the Constitutional vision through the lens of well-being and social cohesion and ask how these two concepts can help us progressively realise the Constitution’s vision.
