On 5 July 2018, The Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance was officially launched at a press conference held at UCT. Take a look at what our morning involved, as we unveiled our new logo at a press conference, introducing The Mandela School to the world with the help of Vice Chancellor Mamokgethi Phakeng.

Professor Carlos Lopes appointed as AU High Representative

The Mandela School's Professor Carlos Lopes has been appointed High Representative to the Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union, Moussa Faki Mahamat. Professor Lopes will support Member States in the negotiation of a new agreement with the European Union post-2020
