Lord Percivals Agbavor Jnr is an auditor and a youth development practitioner with special interest in human rights, youth development, democracy and good governance. He is head of the Internal Audit Unit of the Afadzato South District-Ghana, Secretary to the Audit Report Implementation Committee, Member of the Finance and Administration Committee, District Coordinator for Public Private Partnership and District Chairman for the Civil and Local Government Staff Association, Ghana. He is the founder and executive director of the Lord Agbavor Foundation, an organization committed to the development and empowerment of poor children, girls and women and the youth, particularly in rural areas. During his studies at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, he served as the press and information secretary and an executive member of the University Students’ Association of Ghana, president of the Faculty of Industrial Art Students Association, president of the Foundation for Future Leaders International, and as a member of the Students Parliament and its Constitution and Legal Affairs Committee. He is an intelligent young man with a solid combination of progressive experience and education and high standards of performance and achievement. He envisions a society where financial accountability will be not only a legal requirement but also an attitude of public office holders. He also envisions a society, which prioritizes progressive youth development so that every young man and woman can confidently contribute to and achieve in all fields of national endeavour. Lord holds a BA in Industrial Art from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Commercial Management in the United Kingdom, and is a final year international law student at the University of London.
